Position: Senior Program Advisor for Indigenous Initiatives
Lead urban Indigenous programs at the OFIFC in Toronto as a Senior Program Advisor focused on ending violence against women. This hybrid role emphasizes analytical and problem-solving expertise.

In this impactful role, you will spearhead program design and advocate for the urban Indigenous community. Your tasks will include evaluating program effectiveness, developing funding proposals, and fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery. You will ensure culturally relevant programs fill critical gaps within Friendship Centres for Indigenous populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to assess Indigenous programming needs

• Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze service quality

• Develop program budgets and funding proposals

• Prepare insightful reports for stakeholder engagement

• Build connections with funding agencies to boost programming

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences or related field

• 3–5 years of program analysis and development experience

• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultural contexts

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proven strategic planning capabilities
