- Collaborate on strategic service delivery planning
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards
- Manage community partnerships and resource allocation
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Post‑secondary education in Social Work or Leadership
- Knowledge of community resources and networking
- Valid Class 5 drivers license; handle physical demands
- Food Secure Level 1 and first aid certifications
