Make a difference as a Mentor/Supervisor in the Community Safety Host program. This crucial role involves providing mentorship and support while enhancing community safety through specialized skills.
In your capacity as Mentor/Supervisor, you will lead by example within the Community Safety Host program.
Your role is pivotal for mentoring and guiding participants towards successful engagement while adhering to program principles. Your effective communication and strong organizational skills will be critical in creating a supportive environment and connecting participants to community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mentorship initiatives and provide direct support
• Advocate for trauma-informed practices among participants
• Uphold program policies and principles effectively
• Assess and deploy community resources for participant use
• Maintain an organized structure for program operations
Requirements:
• Experience in mentorship or similar advisory roles
• Strong communication abilities to foster collaboration
• Organizational aptitude for managing program activities
• Familiarity with community resources advantageous for participants
• Commitment to applying trauma-informed methodologies
