Position: Philanthropy and Development Manager Role
Lead impactful fundraising initiatives as Bethesda’s Manager of Philanthropy and Development in Abbotsford, BC. Drive donor engagement with integrity while fostering community support.

In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee all fundraising initiatives and develop relationships with donors, churches, and companies. Collaborating with various departments, your focus will be on legacy giving and ensuring Bethesda’s mission is effectively communicated to promote awareness and support for individuals with diverse abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for all fundraising initiatives

• Create and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies

• Develop relationships with donors, churches, and companies

• Organize major campaigns and gift initiatives

• Partner with Communications to craft donor impact stories

Requirements:

• Dedication to Bethesda's mission and values

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• Successful track record in fundraising or donor relations

• Proficiency in donor management tools

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
