Key Responsibilities:

• Assist volunteers upon arrival for their shifts

• Answer questions from volunteers and the public

• Maintain up-to-date volunteer files and schedules

• Conduct volunteer tours and orientations

• Provide support during volunteer group activities

Requirements:

• Dedication to supporting vulnerable community members

• Completion of relevant training such as Mental Health First Aid

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
