The Link is seeking a Community Investment Coordinator to uplift voices within the community. This full-time position focuses on fund development, storytelling, and communications rooted in Indigenous values.
This role is critical in advancing the mission of The Link, a 24-hour support service for youth and families. The Community Investment Coordinator will collaborate closely with the leadership team, youth, and community partners while managing donor relationships, grants, and communications. Your work will help foster a sense of belonging and support the organization's initiatives toward healing and prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and share stories from youth and families
• Develop and implement the annual fund development plan
• Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors
• Ensure consistent voice in communications
• Support community engagement and partnership activities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in fund development or community engagement
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience in grant writing and donor relations
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and languages an asset
• Strong judgment and discretion in storytelling
