Director of Donor Engagement at Villa Rosa

Villa Rosa seeks a Director of Development & Donor Engagement to cultivate relationships and inspire generosity in support of vulnerable families. Lead fundraising efforts while telling the impactful story of Villa Rosa.

As the Director, you will report directly to the Executive Director, playing a pivotal role in shaping engagement strategies and securing essential resources. Your leadership will focus on building relationships with donors, community leaders, and organizations to advance our mission. You will also implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, and legacy giving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture vital relationships with donors and foundations

• Implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that drive revenue

• Lead annual fundraising events and engage community members

• Provide updates and recommendations to executive leadership

• Serve as lead for the Fundraising Committee and support donor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields

• Minimum five years of donor engagement experience

• Proven success in securing significant funding and sponsor ships

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong writing and social media management abilities
