Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve CSR program goals.

Identify and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.

Create and manage CSR campaigns, events, and activities to raise awareness and funds.

Draft grant proposals, sponsorship requests, and funding appeals.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align CSR initiatives with company objectives.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of fundraising activities and CSR programs.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising and CSR activities.

Manage budgets, track donations, and maintain accurate records of fundraising efforts.

Advocate for the company’s CSR vision through public speaking, media engagement, and networking.

Education Requirement

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) AND Master of Social Work (MSW)

Experience –  0-2 years

Mandatory Skills

Donor communication & relationship management.

Grant & fund management

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Presentation and pitching skills for corporates and donors

Stakeholder coordination (NGOs, corporates, consultants, vendors)

Follow-up and negotiation skills

High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset

Relationship builder with a pleasing personality

Persuasion skills and ability to influence decision-makers
