Position: Wish Engagement Coordinator at Make-A-Wish

This full-time role is about leading the family engagement program post-wish fulfillment. You will manage relationships, develop supportive tools, and create meaningful experiences that enhance families' journeys. Your adept coordination and interpersonal skills are essential to continue fostering community connections with wish families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee wish family engagement processes organization-wide

• Develop engagement tools to enhance family experiences

• Create meaningful post-wish engagement events

• Facilitate relationships with alumni families for ongoing support

• Manage and report insights from post-wish surveys

Requirements:

• 5+ years in program management within not-for-profit

• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and sensitive conversations

• Proven communication skills for empathetic outreach

• Background in social services or similar fields

• Must complete a Criminal Background Check
