As an experienced fundraiser, you will play a key role in Variety Manitoba’s mission. This position requires expertise in cultivating relationships, securing major gifts, and enhancing community impact. Collaborating closely with the CEO and Board, you’ll lead vital fundraising initiatives to support children with disabilities and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising strategies and development initiatives

• Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects

• Cultivate and solicit funding from philanthropic partners

• Research and submit grant applications for new funding

• Build corporate sponsor ships and community partnerships

Requirements:

• At least five years in fundraising or non-profit leadership

• Proven success in securing major gifts and partnerships

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders

• Self-motivated, with excellent project management abilities
