Join Humber River Health as the Manager of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, leading initiatives that foster an equitable workplace. This full-time onsite role emphasizes strategy development and training.
You will be responsible for aligning organizational EDI goals with operational systems, advocating for anti-racism and accessibility measures. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will ensure diversity in all procedures and serve as an advisor on equity matters. This role is crucial for measuring data-related equity impacts and facilitating training across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EDI strategy development and implementation
• Chair the EDI Advisory Committee and track recommendations
• Guide staff on inclusive practices and education
• Analyze equity data to drive continuous improvement
• Build partnerships with community organizations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree related to social justice or administration
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in EDI
• Master’s degree or certification preferred
• Deep understanding of the local community
• Excellent leadership and consulting abilities
