Working under the Chief Executive Officer, this position is essential in aligning fund development with the mission of The Link, which serves children and families in Manitoba. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term partnerships and enhancing the visibility of The Link's community-driven programs. Your contributions will shape how stories are told, shared, and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop donor appeals and impact reports

• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and funders

• Conduct community engagements following cultural protocols

• Manage communications across public materials

• Coordinate media relations and support internal updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in fund development or marketing

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Proven skills in grant writing and communications

• Familiarity with Indigenous practices and communities

• Experience in a non-profit or community-focused setting
