This full-time role integrates program coordination, community outreach, and administrative support to enhance the lives of children facing barriers. You will work on participant registration for Variety's Bike Camp, manage group bookings for Camp Brereton, and strengthen ties with schools and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate participant registration and family communication for Bike Camp

• Support day-to-day operations and volunteer logistics

• Manage bookings for Camp Brereton and ensure excellent customer service

• Build relationships with schools and community organizations

• Distribute tickets and opportunities to Variety families

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related fields is an asset

• Experience in program coordination or events is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Valid driver's license may be required
