Public Engagement Project Lead Position

Shape public perception at Canadian Food grains Bank as a Project Lead for public engagement initiatives. This exciting role focuses on advocacy and education regarding international development and food security.

In this full-time position, you will manage the RAISE program, driving meaningful engagement across various Canadian communities. Responsibilities include coordinating research activities, managing volunteer animators, and developing resources that inspire action on global issues. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners will be essential to foster impactful engagement across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the RAISE program for effective public engagement

• Coordinate essential research to guide engagement strategies

• Manage project timelines and ensure effective execution

• Recruit and train volunteer animators for program delivery

• Develop resources for educational public engagement activities

Requirements:

• Experience in project management and volunteer management

• Strong skills in communication and organization

• Background in adult education and workshop facilitation

• Interest in global hunger and food security issues

• French language skills are a plus
