Position: Pan Am Clinic Foundation Director Role
Lead transformative fundraising initiatives as the Director for Major Gifts and Capital Campaign at the Pan Am Clinic Foundation in Winnipeg, MB. Focus on relationship-building and securing significant donations.

This senior leadership position is central to driving the success of the Foundation's capital campaign while managing key relationships with high-capacity donors. Collaborating with the Executive Director and Board, you'll oversee fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals and engage community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for major gift fundraising efforts

• Build a dynamic portfolio of major gift prospects

• Customize donor cultivation and fundraising strategies

• Oversee all aspects of the capital campaign

• Foster strong community and donor relationships

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years in progressive fundraising roles

• Proven track record of closing significant donations

• Previous capital campaign experience is a plus

• Exceptional communication and strategic skills

• Experience advising leadership on fundraising strategies
