IWS Program Assistant MB

Become a Program Assistant at Infinity Women Secretariat in Winnipeg, MB, and help drive impactful programs for Red River Métis women and 2

SLGBTQ+ communities. This full-time role focuses on program development and support.

In your position, you will help enhance IWS programs by ensuring effective planning, delivery, and evaluation. Your efforts will include creating activity outlines, organizing project materials, and preparing comprehensive reports and grant proposals. You'll play a key role in promoting well-being within these communities across Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and supporting IWS programs

• Develop participant registration processes and activities

• Conduct research and evaluate program success

• Organize resources and materials for initiatives

• Prepare written reports and program evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree in Program Management, Communications, or similar

• At least 2 years of relevant program development experience

• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe software

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and access to transportation
