Position: WCMBC Senior Pastor Leadership Role
Step into a leadership role as Senior Pastor at Winnipeg Chinese Mennonite Brethren Church. Lead a diverse, growing congregation through impactful preaching and pastoral development.

The WCMBC is prayerfully inviting applications for a Senior Pastor to shepherd our multilingual and multicultural church community. This role involves partnering closely with the Deacon Board to provide spiritual guidance, enhance leadership skills, and grow outreach in Mandarin and Cantonese ministries. Your influence will be vital in uniting the congregation and nurturing faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inspiring biblical messages to the worship community

• Cultivate deep pastoral care for members and newcomers

• Mentor and develop ministry leaders effectively

• Build community and collaboration within church leadership

• Drive the mission of the church through effective strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in pastoral ministry or leadership

• Strong expository preaching skills and biblical understanding

• Experience in multicultural settings preferred

• Heart for discipleship and community support

• Commitment to prayer and spiritual growth
