Leader for Youth and Young Adults Ministry

Join Crossroads MB Church as a leader focused on youth and young adult engagement in Winnipeg. We’re looking for an energetic person to cultivate faith, community, and outreach.
In this 0.75 FTE role, you will lead our youth ministry efforts, organizing events and overseeing small groups that build discipleship. Your responsibilities include mentoring young adults, developing outreach strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Collaborating with our pastor, you will guide our vibrant youth community toward mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize youth gatherings and events

• Manage small groups for youth and young adults

• Nurture and empower youth leadership teams

• Provide pastoral support and mentorship

• Create and implement outreach initiatives
Requirements:

• Spiritual maturity and good standing in your church

• Agreement with the Mennonite Brethren Confession of Faith

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Clear checks per safety policy

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
