Become a Senior Pastor at Winnipeg Chinese Mennonite Brethren Church, leading a diverse congregation through biblically grounded teachings and community engagement.

WCMBC seeks a passionate Senior Pastor to guide its multilingual and multicultural congregation, including many newcomers to Canada. You will work closely with the Deacon Board and ministry leaders to provide spiritual direction and develop a cohesive vision for both Mandarin and Cantonese ministries. Your commitment will shape the community as you focus on discipleship and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead heartfelt and relevant biblical preaching

• Provide compassionate pastoral care and mentorship

• Empower and train ministry leaders effectively

• Promote unity among church members and leaders

• Strategically drive the church's mission and vision

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a pastoral role

• Deep understanding of scripture and preaching

• Ability to engage in multicultural environments

• Desire to equip and disciple believers

• Commitment to prayerful community involvement
