As a key member of the Partner Relations Leadership Team, you will spearhead major gift, foundation, and corporate partnerships. This senior role involves overseeing fundraising professionals while focusing on revenue growth, donor retention, and sustainable impact. Your expertise will shape philanthropic strategies to deepen engagement and expand investments that transform lives around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable strategies to exceed revenue targets

• Lead and mentor the Philanthropic Engagement Team

• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals

• Monitor fundraising trends and industry best practices

• Ensure exceptional donor engagement and stewardship

Requirements:

• Seven years of progressive fundraising experience

• Proven leadership in major gifts and partnerships

• Strong understanding of Canadian charitable regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage donor databases and CRM systems
