As the Outreach Coordinator, you will excel in building partnerships with local businesses and organizations. This position requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to successfully recruit participant groups and coordinate project logistics. You will act as the main liaison between participants and the TSMG operations team to ensure smooth project execution and participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to local businesses and community groups

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders

• Recruit eligible participant groups for the project

• Schedule and coordinate participant recording sessions

• Track recruitment progress and maintain attendance records

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and messaging applications

• Basic English skills; local language proficiency preferred

• Self-motivated with a reliable internet connection
