Gateway is looking for motivated individuals for the Third Cook role to support kitchen operations under the guidance of the Sous Chef. This role requires candidates with at least one year of culinary experience in a busy restaurant setting. You'll be responsible for food preparation, cooking techniques, and ensuring every dish is artfully presented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of foods under the Sous Chef

• Assemble cold trays and prepare sandwiches

• Create salads, dressings, and side dishes

• Utilize cooking techniques like baking and broiling

• Ensure proper inventory management for supplies

Requirements:

• Completion of High School is mandatory

• Minimum one year culinary experience required

• Preferred certification from a recognized program

• Eager to learn about culinary arts

• Must thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
