Job Summary

Staffmax is hiring a proactive, solution-oriented professional focused on driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and supporting contractors, distributors, and builders with aluminum soffit, fascia, downpipe, and eavestrough products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from contractors, distributors, and lumberyards.

  • Provide accurate product information, technical guidance, and pricing.

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and track deliveries.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize order value.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Track performance metrics: orders, repeat business, and revenue growth.

  • Must-Have Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and aluminum products.

  • Consultative B2B sales skills; proven ability to upsell/cross-sell.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • CRM/ERP proficiency for order management and follow-ups.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Preferred Background

  • 2–5 years inside sales or customer service in construction/building materials.

  • Experience selling to contractors, distributors, or building supply companies.

  • Trade or installation experience (roofing, siding, gutters) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Western Canadian market (MB, SK, AB, BC).
