Staffmax is hiring a proactive, solution-oriented professional focused on driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and supporting contractors, distributors, and builders with aluminum soffit, fascia, downpipe, and eavestrough products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from contractors, distributors, and lumberyards.
Provide accurate product information, technical guidance, and pricing.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and track deliveries.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize order value.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track performance metrics: orders, repeat business, and revenue growth.
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction materials and aluminum products.
Consultative B2B sales skills; proven ability to upsell/cross-sell.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
CRM/ERP proficiency for order management and follow-ups.
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Background
2–5 years inside sales or customer service in construction/building materials.
Experience selling to contractors, distributors, or building supply companies.
Trade or installation experience (roofing, siding, gutters) is a plus.
Familiarity with Western Canadian market (MB, SK, AB, BC).
