We currently have an opportunity for a Territory Account Manager to join our team, working in the southern Alberta and southeastern BC region. Barkman Concrete is a Canadian family‑owned company with the corporate office in Steinbach, MB. Working alongside sales team members from other regions of western Canada, we are committed to long‑term business relationships and staying on top of new market trends and opportunities.

Territory Account Manager Responsibilities- Develop and maintain territory through networking, and building lasting relationships with dealers and contractors leading to sales of Barkman product
- Identify new business opportunities for continued growth
- Partner with the sales team, leadership, and other stakeholders to increase sales and revenue within the territory to meet sales goals
- Communicate and work with various departments including Finance, Operations, Order‑desk and Shipping to ensure orders are completed correctly
- Ensure customer satisfaction, providing information, support, and education on Barkman products
- With the assistance of Marketing provide content, branding, and displays to flute customers including updating/maintaining displays
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer support events
- Travel will be required to visit customers within the territory
- Knowledge ofציג landscape and construction industry
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Critical thinking and solution‑focused approach
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, effective prioritizing and follow‑up
- Valid Driver’s license
