The RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes while collaborating closely with a sales team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, producing reports and dashboards, supporting lead follow-up, and ensuring sales activities stay organized and on track. Your work directly impacts sales efficiency, visibility, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing- Maintain data integrity within the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), including data imports, exports, audits, and duplicate management
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support decision-making and sales strategy
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports
- Track lead assignments and ensure timely outreach by the sales team
- Support sales administration, including data entry, call logs, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Review CRM schedules and assist with basic expense tracking and reporting
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of sales tools, workflows, and processes
- Onboard new sales team members and provide training on CRM usage, reporting, and outreach processes
- Act as a key liaison between sales, operations, and management to ensure clear communication and alignment
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Comfort working with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
