We are currently seeking a business development–driven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic clients while building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that create value.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the District Manager, the Account Manager performs the following tasks:

  • Attain new opportunities – cultivate leads
  • Sell and promote our products to existing customers;
  • Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
  • Provide exceptional customer support and personalized after-sales service;
  • Understand clients’ needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions;
  • Work closely with various corporate partners to develop and close sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in outside sales position;

  • Skills for virtual sales;

  • Knowledge in sanitation is an asset;

  • Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite);

  • Outstanding organization skills and to be solution-oriented;

  • Willingness to learn and continue to be challenged;

  • Ability to work independently and as a team;

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change.

Working conditions:

  • Location:

    position based in Winnipeg, which will cover the Province of Manitoba.
  • Full-time position Complete training program for sales skills, knowledge about our products and learning of specific systems;
