SALES PROFESSIONAL, WINNIPEG, CANADA
Location: Field coverage for MANITOBA and SASKATCHEWAN
Preferred base location:
WINNEPEG
Schedule: Daily territory travel with some overnight.

flooring or tiling installation systems)
SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territoryGenerate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architectsConduct product demos, presentations, and training sessionsProvide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer serviceExperience and Skills:
What you’ll bring to ARDEX
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elementsHigh levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgementHigh level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focusedAbility to travel daily within territory (some overnight)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordHands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)Demonstrates ARDEX values:
