We currently have an opportunity on our Sales team for a Inside Sales Rep in our Winnipeg office.

In this role you would assist the Sales team with:- Entering purchase orders, confirming order dates, taking phone orders, and entering phone and fax orders into computer system
- Customer inquiries and communicating with our dealers and contractors
- Participating with customer events
- Assisting the sales team with customer relations
- Providing customer service and assistance with choosing product, delivery arrangements, and payment
- Estimating materials and entering orders into computer system
- Business administration tasks as required by the Sales and Office team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where teamwork is essential
- Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions such as answering emails, phone calls and in person inquiries while completing daily order entry requirements
- Good computer and keyboarding skills including experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and data entry
- High attention to detail and organization for accurate order entry and tracking
- The capability of occasionally performing heavy physical exertion tasks such as transferring product for displays or assisting “walk-in” customers
- Education and / or experience in sales, customer service or business administration
- Strong organizational skills with maintaining documentation, setting priorities and timelines
- Knowledge of pre-cast concrete landscaping products is considered an asset
Hours will vary with business demand and may range from a 7am or 8am start to a 4pm or 6pm finish time. Overtime is frequent during peak selling months from May to September. This role works Monday to Friday.
