Route Service Representative; Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work.

Key benefits include a solid base salary, commission potential after route assignment, and most employees work a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends. Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses are available.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to employment.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Be self‑motivated and willing to work in a team‑focused environment.

Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions. The range considers skill set, experience, performance, and other organizational factors.
