Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and business plans across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. By analyzing customer needs, you'll create tailored tactics to foster retailer growth. Additionally, you will maintain a robust tracking system to monitor the performance and adapt strategies as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet strategic goals in pharmacy sales and market share
• Foster strong relationships to gain market insights
• Develop business plans with actionable strategies
• Track progress against sales targets in the territory
• Implement account-specific initiatives effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience in pharma or CPG
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Experience with MS Office and CRM solutions
• Availability for territory travel with own vehicle
