In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and managing financial performance within your territory. You will leverage your surgical capital equipment experience to educate surgeons and staff about product applications, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Reporting weekly, you will also monitor market trends and develop innovative marketing strategies to boost sales and product visibility in the surgical field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual revenue and profit targets for territory
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for healthcare clients
• Monitor sales activity and competitor landscape
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals
• Support product launches and market introductions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years in Strategic Account Management
• 5 years in Surgical capital equipment sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid motor vehicle license required
