Your Responsibilities:

As a key contributor to our store's success, you will drive volume sales and build lasting relationships with our contractor and retail customer base. Your daily focus will include:

• Overseeing the entire sales process from intial contact to final delivery
• Nurturing and strengthening connections with our existing customer base
• Actively seeking out, qualifying, and following up on new sales leads to expand the business
• Working closely with all store departments to ensure seamless operations
• Providing professional service and expert product knowledge to every client

What You Need to Succeed:

• Sales Drive: A proven track record of managing volume sales and a proactive mindset fo chasing leads.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge of lumber, building materials, and construction products is a strong as asset.
• Experience: Previous sales and industry experience is highly preferred.
• Valid License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
