Sales Solutions is growing its in‑store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail workplace. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada’s trusted brands.
Your Responsibilities- Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client’s credit‑card products
- Ask the right questions to understand each customer’s situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
- Serve as the product authority inside the store, being knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
- Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
- Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well‑served
- Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
- Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
- Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
- Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed
- A flexible work schedule with hours available Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more
- A vehicle or driver’s license is an asset but not a barrier to applying
