Food Retail Territory Representative

We are seeking a Territory Representative in Fredericton and surrounding areas. This role delivers a comprehensive cleaning and food safety program tailored for the food retail industry, partnering with customers to identify food safety risks and prevent foodborne illnesses.

• Develop new sales opportunities through product placement.
• Provide food safety and sanitation training via high‑quality surveys and audits.
• Install and maintain equipment to ensure proper function and appearance of dish machines and dispensing systems.
• Complete Serv‑Safe/Super Safe Mark  and CP‑FS training and become a certified advisor.
• Conduct food safety audits at the required frequency and evaluate departments for compliance.
• Facilitate product sales by suggesting improvements and promoting new innovations.
• Build and strengthen existing customer relationships while working independently and managing your own schedule.

Field‑based role requiring travel within the Fredericton region:
Western New Brunswick to Grand Falls, east to Moncton and surrounding areas. Overnight travel is not required. Weekend rotation occurs once every three months.

• High School Diploma; post‑secondary education preferred.
• 1–2 years of food industry experience (new graduates welcome).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Availability for emergency call assistance during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel to the U.S. for training/meetings.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly.

Total expected compensation is in the range of $58,700–$73,900, based on education, training, experience, work location, and travel requirements.
