This role requires a strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in relevant experience. You will exceed sales quotas by delivering value-based solutions while engaging with healthcare professionals. Success in hospital-based selling and expertise in the operating room environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas for Advanced Surgery products
• Educate surgeons and OR teams on product usage and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations for new and existing accounts
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital administrators
• Monitor territory performance and identify market opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales experience
• Proven success in hospital-based operating room sales
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area territory
