You will oversee regional pipeline management, revenue targets, and the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of six sales professionals through coaching and mentorship
- Own regional pipeline, revenue targets, and forecasting responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, closing complex enterprise deals
- Support your team with pricing strategies and negotiation guidance
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners for revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years in enterprise software sales
- Minimum 5 years in sales leadership
- Proven track record in solution selling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
