As a Regional Sales Manager, you will possess extensive experience in enterprise software sales and a true passion for leadership.
Your role will focus on managing regional pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and steering the entire sales cycle. The emphasis will be on consultative sales and forging long-term partner relationships to enhance SOTI's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of six sales professionals
• Own and forecast regional pipeline and revenue targets
• Close complex enterprise-level deals through effective strategy
• Provide negotiation guidance and pricing strategies
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners for revenue growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in enterprise software sales
• Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles
• Proven solution selling track record
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
