Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and grow a high‑performing sales team
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through close
- Close high‑value, complex deals with multi‑location clients
- Develop robust strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate on go‑to‑market strategies with executive leadership
- 7+ years in full sales cycle experience, ideally in SaaS
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals
- Robust team leadership and development skills
- Excellent negotiation capabilities with C‑suite
- Hands‑on approach with a startup mindset
