We are looking for driven individuals to enhance our Field Sales team at RBC Insurance. In this accredited advisory role, you will provide integrated financial advice and life insurance solutions to clients, supported by solid internal partnerships. Your focus will be on understanding client needs while independently growing your business and leveraging your network for referrals.

• Identify client needs through discovery and discussions
• Independently develop and grow a recent client base
• Foster a digital client‑first approach for accessibility
• Maintain client records using compliant tools like Salesforce
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals to boost team success

• 2+ years’ experience in sales and business development
• HLLQP/LLQP License or willingness to complete
• Ability to establish strong client relationships
• An existing referral network and centers of influence
• Possession of a valid Canadian driver’s license
