Sales Development Rep

Step into a crucial role at Service Titan as a Sales Development Representative. Help current customers maximize their Service Titan experience through education on Pro modules and product features.

In this role, you'll focus on fostering customer engagement and boosting revenue through your efforts in building a strong sales pipeline. You'll conduct high-volume outreach, forging authentic connections with customers and accurately addressing their operational needs.

• Engage customers to promote product add-ons and increase ROI
• Execute around 30 outbound calls and tailored emails daily
• Establish meaningful rapport to facilitate customer discovery
• Work collaboratively with Pro Account Executives on sales strategies
• Ensure precision in activity logging and reporting

• 2-4 years experience in Sales or Customer Success
• At least 12 months outbound calling experience
• Willingness to travel domestically for onsite visits
• Friendly phone demeanor and resilience under pressure
• Solid ability to explain complex product value
