Lead the e-commerce strategy with Shark Ninja as the Direct to Consumer Sales Manager in Canada. Drive growth and optimize margins through strategic insight and hands-on execution.
This position requires an experienced sales manager focused on expanding Shark Ninja's direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel. You will collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing teams while defining performance KPIs and addressing market opportunities. Your expertise will be key in achieving sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and drive comprehensive DTC e-commerce strategy
• Define and own performance KPIs for DTC business
• Identify market opportunities and category gaps
• Lead financial and business planning meetings for DTC
• Manage promotional budgets for balanced growth
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in e-commerce or key account management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets
• Strong financial acumen managing promotional budgets
• Advanced analytical skills for data-driven recommendations
