In this pivotal role, you will manage sales initiatives while overseeing a high-performing sales team. FLiiP is looking for a candidate with 7+ years in the full sales cycle, especially in SaaS, to guide efforts that directly support international expansion. Your leadership will shape go-to-market strategies and involve closing high-value, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing sales team
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Close complex deals with multi-location clients
• Develop strategies aimed at significant revenue growth
• Collaborate with executives on go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
• 7+ years in the sales cycle, predominantly in SaaS
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
• Strong team leadership and development skills
• Excellent negotiation capabilities, specifically with C-suite
• Hands-on, startup mindset to drive results
