Elevate customer experiences as a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer s pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic sales in a dynamic environment focused on customer success.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will work directly with Account Executives, leading the technical sales process by conducting deep discovery sessions and crafting bespoke solution designs. Your ability to manage complex customer requirements and engage with key stakeholders will be crucial in closing enterprise sales. Partners will rely on your expertise in modern data ecosystems to guide their marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery to define customer needs
- Create and deliver product demonstrations tailored to clients
- Manage proof-of-concept initiatives from start to finish
- Build strategic relationships with technical champions
- Advise enterprise customers on AI and data solutions
- Minimum 2 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering
- Proven experience with solution architecture
- Robust understanding of data models and APIs
- Ability to influence diverse technical teams
- Familiarity with value-based selling approaches
