Position: Sales Associate for CTI Commercial Design
Join CTI in Mississauga as a full-time Sales Associate focused on furniture and commercial design. Collaborate closely with a Workplace Consultant to enhance client experiences and streamline sales processes.

In this position, you’ll report to the Vice President of Commercial Sales. You will assist in various sales operations, including order management, while immersing yourself in training that improves client relationships and deepens your product knowledge. This role emphasizes learning, engagement, and proactive support to enhance the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive onboarding for sales

• Support operations, including thorough order management

• Build strong client engagement through customized solutions

• Ensure order processing runs smoothly and maintains integrity

• Analyze key sales data to measure performance

Requirements:

• Passion for commercial design and furniture sales

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Valid driver’s license for traveling to client sites

• Eager to learn and thrive in an agile work environment
