Packaging Business Development Representative

Imperial Dade is seeking a driven individual to build an outside business development role in the packaging segment. This position involves creating and managing a customer portfolio, developing strategic growth plans, and analyzing market needs. You will execute calls, maintain a sales pipeline, and handle customer relationship management to support sales initiatives.

• Develop a base portfolio of customers in your territory
• Execute a comprehensive call plan and business reviews
• Identify and secure recent customers to grow sales
• Support marketing initiatives and new product launches
• Manage customer data and sales reporting in Salesforce

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
• Knowledge in packaging or distribution is a plus
