Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales planning and performance goal setting

• Deliver insights on pipeline health and revenue performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 8+ years in Sales Excellence or Operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of sales governance and KPI management
• Ability to travel up to 10% nationally
