We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, Fraser Valley-based Managed IT Services Provider — and they're looking for their next inside sales superstar to join the team in Abbotsford.

What you'll be doing

You're not closing deals — you're opening doors. Your job is to connect with local SMB owners (think dental offices, coffee shop groups, professional services firms) and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team. High energy, high volume, high reward.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client‑facing role
  • Comfortable in a high‑volume outbound environment — 50+ dials per day is a normal day for you
  • Strong phone presence — you communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
  • Background in a service‑oriented industry where building rapport quickly was essential
  • Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage follow‑ups, track activity, and stay on top of a busy pipeline
  • A positive, coachable attitude and genuine desire to grow within a sales career
