Become a Territory Manager focused on customer expansion and territory growth. This role demands innovative lead generation and nurturing existing relationships in a competitive market.
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager with at least 5 years in outside sales, particularly in the metallurgical or industrial field. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, managing client relationships, and presenting solutions that enhance customer productivity. Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills are crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline
- Conduct regular sales calls to maintain partnerships
- Identify and pursue recent business leads aggressively
- Train clients on product benefits and uses
- Collaborate closely with suppliers for mutual success
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in outside sales
- Familiarity with Automated Procurement Systems preferred
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently in your territory
- High school diploma or equivalent required
