Quotation Management Specialist

In this role, you will act as an internal consultant for quotations, preparing detailed and accurate quotes while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams. You must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities while adhering to standard operating procedures and pricing strategies.

• Prepare thorough quotes while ensuring all details are included
• Issue quotes at least 24 hours prior to job closure
• Revise and resubmit shop drawings for client approval
• Maintain ongoing communication regarding quotation status
• Source product specifications and pricing through online vendors

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quoting
• Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
