Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive, Ticket Sales, to help drive ticket revenue growth for the Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose.
This role is focused on expanding season ticket memberships, group sales, and game package sales while creating lasting connections with fans, businesses, and community partners. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sports and entertainment.
What You’ll Do Drive Ticket Sales Growth- Generate new business revenue through the sale of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, and game packages.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, networking, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and activity targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local business and community landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing ticket members.
- Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, face‑to‑face meetings, in‑game appointments, and prospect meet and greets.
- Provide personalized recommendations to help ticket members find the best ticket solutions for their needs.
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to account renewal.
- Promote ticket offerings at Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose home games, community events, and team‑related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during games and events as required.
- Ensure superior fan experience through proactive problem‑solving and relationship management.
- Support game‑day execution of sales initiatives and prospect engagement programs.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and team development initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that support innovation, collaboration, and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system.
- Ensure all sales activities, touchpoints, and lead information are properly documented.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of achieving results.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, business development, or customer‑facing sales environments is considered an asset.
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through targeted sales campaigns and outbound prospecting.
- Highly motivated, competitive and goal driven.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Strong understanding of customer service and relationship‑building principles.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for sports and delivering exceptional fan experiences.
- Must be flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
